CAPITAL FOR THE LHPH INDUSTRY

CREATING FINANCIAL FLEXIBILITY ONE DEALER AT A TIME

How to learn about leasing at the niada convention

Eyo Toe | June 14, 2022

Can you believe we are already half way through 2022? The annual NIADA Convention is next week and LHPH Capital is excited to participate in education sessions for dealers interested in learning about lease-here, pay-here. Here are some ways to engage with LHPH.

LHPH Capital Expo Booth (#118)

Come visit our booth and test out our interactive lease calculator and sales tax impact calculator. Our lease calculator will allow you to input your typical retail installment sales contract and calculate the same deal as a lease. Our sales tax calculator will show you the positive cash flow impact from pay-as-you-go sales tax. Our team will be able to answer any question you might have about leasing and don't forget to grab some swag items while you're there!

Lease Structure: Maximizing Profitability Through Affordability with Leasing (wednesday, june 22nd, 4:45pm-5:30pm)

"One of the challenges of starting an LHPH program is structuring a lease contract in place of a retail installment sales contract. A lease can be customized to best fit your dealership and customer base. The dealership can implement different fees with a proper lease structure, such as an acquisition fee, disposition fee, security deposit, etc. In today's high used car price environment, the lease structure allows the dealer to offer affordable monthly payments for the customer without sacrificing profitability which translates into a competitive advantage for the dealer. This session is a step-by-step "how-to" presentation covering all the aspects of lease structure and what an ideal lease looks like in today's market." -NIADA Convention Agenda

Finding Capital You Need Today to Build Long-Term Success Tomorrow (Thursday, June 23rd, 2:45pm-3:30pm)

"Success for today's auto dealer relies on cash and Inventory. Day-to-day expenses can stifle your need to acquire top-quality vehicles for your showroom. So, how do BHPH/LHPH dealers find the capital they need to grow, and then qualify for the capital they require? In this session, you will hear from industry experts in floor planning, SBA loans, lines of credit, and PIPP programs. Each capital funding source has unique strengths and challenges. You will also hear from dealers who utilize a variety of capital sources to remain competitive. Please bring your questions and problems, and let's work on creating solutions together!" -NIADA Convention Agenda

We are looking forward sharing educational resources with dealers and hope to meet you next week!
