### OUR PROGRAM DETAILS

- Lines of Credit from $500,000 to $20,000,000.
- We fund individual leases up to 100% ACV.
- We charge a $125 documentation and processing fee per loan origination.
- Our rates are Prime plus approximately 750 basis points.
- The dealer carries the asset and LHPH Capital holds 1st lien on the title.

### DEALER REQUIREMENTS

We take into consideration the whole picture when partnering with dealerships as each operation is unique. We typically look for some kind of collections experience and 2-3 years in business, however we are open to discussing a line of credit opportunity to see if we would be the best fit as your financial partner.
