In response to the current affordability challenge, the automotive industry is making efforts to connect with customers where they are. As a result, dealerships are opting to incorporate used car leasing programs into their offerings.

During October, [Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp](https://www.autofinancenews.net/allposts/risk-management/nmac-adds-cpos-to-lease-offering/) broadened its range of financing products to encompass leasing for certified pre-owned (CPO) vehicles, a move aimed at assisting consumers in addressing the current affordability challenges. Subsequently, [American Honda](https://www.autoremarketing.com/ar/honda-acura-add-leasing-option-to-cpo-programs/) introduced a leasing alternative for their CPO vehicles earlier this month. 

The strategic decision by dealerships to integrate used car leasing programs into their offerings reflects a concerted effort to provide flexible and accessible options for customers. The recent expansions by Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp and American Honda, further exemplify the industry's dedication to enhancing affordability and adapting to the changing dynamics of the market.
