Cary Boyden, Esquire

Cary Boyden is LHPH's legal counsel. He is a graduate of Harvard University (A.B., 1967) and Georgetown University (J.D., 1970) and was a member of the Georgetown University Law Journal, 1969-1970. He was admitted to State Bar of California in 1971 and was an American Bar Association member.

Mr. Boyden began his work in the financial services industry in 1972 when he joined the legal staff at United States Leasing International, Inc. From 1974- 1977 he was Vice President of Operations and General Counsel with the Crocker Bank Leaseplan companies. In 1977 he entered private practice and was from 1978-1991 a partner in Boyden, Cooluris, Hauser & Saxe, from 1991-2000 a partner with the then firm of Pillsbury Madison & Sutro and from 2000-2006 again a partner with the reconstituted firm of Boyden, Cooluris, Livingston & Saxe.

Mr. Boyden practices law in the following industries: Corporate; Banks and Banking; Personal Property Secured Lending and Leasing; Commercial Financial Services. He has been general counsel of the National Vehicle Leasing Association since 1977 and was an industry adviser to the drafting committee for Article 2A of the Uniform Commercial Code.

In January 2007 Mr. Boyden retired from his former firm with which he retains an 'of counsel' relationship and has been continuing to practice in the financial services area.

Paul Doyle

Paul Doyle is the founding partner of The TABS Group Accounting Corporation and is a CPA with over 30 years experience in the leasing industry. He spends 100% of his time serving leasing clients from coast to coast. His involvement includes every level of financial statement presentation, federal and state income tax preparation and consultation projects such as valuation analysis, succession planning, and expert witness testimony.

Mr. Doyle has been a board of director member of NEFA (when it was WAEL), has been the NVLA's tax and accounting counsel since 1986, has served on the government relations committee of TRALA and was the recipient of the NVLA's Samuel J. Lee memorial award in 1991. To emphasize its commitment to the leasing industry, The TABS Group recently launched a new website, www.leaseaccountants.com.
