Terry Bowdler, CVLE

Chief Executive Officer

For over 30 years, Terry Bowdler has developed extensive knowledge of the leasing industry from a variety of professional and practical sources.

After being top sales representative for General Car Leasing, he moved to Autoland Corp. where he advanced to the position of vice president in 2 years. He stayed at Autoland until 1984 and then became the owner of Auto Lease Specialists. In 1986 he co-founded New Cars, Inc., an auto buying and leasing service where he realized the impact leasing would soon have on the market place and the need for credit unions to offer a competitive, consumer friendly lease program to their members. As a result of that vision, Mr. Bowdler founded Credit Union Leasing of America in 1988. Credit Union Leasing of America has grown into the largest credit union leasing company in America.

In 1987, he was the legal and legislative committee head for the National Vehicle Leasing Association and also was the San Diego Chapter chairman for the association in 1985 and 1986. He also became a Certified Vehicle Leasing Executive in 1986.

Mr. Bowdler's vision is to bring leasing to the BHPH industry and become the largest leasing company in America working with the BHPH Industry.

George T. Klinke

Director of Business Development

George Klinke has been in the auto financial services business for over 25 years. He helped create a major consumer leasing company in Dallas, Texas and then worked for GE Capital Auto Financial Services in various capacities for over 14 years. At GE he was involved the sales of leasing and was instrumental in the development of GE's sub prime auto finance program.

Following GE in 1998, Mr. Klinke organized and led the Great Lakes Region in Chicago for Fairlane Credit LLC, leaving in 2000 to join Household Automotive Finance Co. in San Diego, California. After leaving Household, Mr. Klinke was Vice President, Sales for the First American Corporation in their Vehicle Title Division for 6 years. In the 3 years prior to joining LHPH, he was Executive Vice President, Sales for Integris Financial, Inc.

Sandy Albro

Vice President of Operations and Technology

Sandy Albro is the Vice President of Operations and Technology, managing all aspects of servicing from origination to lease end, as well as overseeing all of our technology needs. She strategically guides the implementation, management and security of all technology systems and drives the alignment of technology with corporate business goals.

Mrs. Albro has been with CULA for 7 years, beginning as Director of Information Technology and then being promoted to Customer Service Director in 2005. In July of 2007, she was again promoted to Vice President. Sandy has spent 17 years of her career in project management.

Prior to coming to CULA she spent 5 years with WinResources Computing, Inc. where she was primarily a project manager. While at WinResources she was the Quality Assurance Implementation Lead responsible for creating implementation plans, managing the implementation and roll out of applications, documentation for installations and custom applications, planning and managing quality assurance related project efforts, and customer support.

Prior to working at WinResources, Mrs. Albro spent 15 years as a business manager with The Chart House Restaurants, a national restaurant chain, linking business to technology. She was in operations for eight years as a user and trainer and has 7 years of corporate experience in Information Technology.

Kimberly Clark

Controller

As Controller, Kimberly Clark is responsible for financial reporting both internal and external audited financials statements. Additionally, Ms. Clark is responsible for sales tax compliance, remittance as well as lease accounting compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals.

Ms. Clark has been with Credit Union Leasing of America since October 1997 and is part of the executive team.
